Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and GameEdgeSports ("GameEdgeSports", "we", "us"). They cover the GameEdgeSports mobile apps for iOS and Android, the website at gameedgesports.com and every related service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and our Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• The Service is offered to people located in the United States only.
• You must follow every law that applies to you, including any law about sports betting where you live. Some states do not allow sports betting at all. Using our predictions to bet is your own decision and your own responsibility.
• You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or removed your account.

2. Your account

You need an account to see picks. Give us accurate information, keep your password private and tell us straight away at support@gameedgesports.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to collect free picks, invite rewards or wheel prizes is not allowed.

3. What the Service provides

The Service shows predictions ("picks") for NFL and NCAA football games, together with statistics, team and player information, news summaries and an explanation of how each pick was reached. Picks are produced automatically by our own statistical model and reviewed by an artificial intelligence system. Picks are opinions. They can be wrong, and past results do not predict future results.

Sports data, schedules, odds, injuries and news come from third party sources. We work to keep it accurate but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or free of errors. Game times, lines and injury reports change often; check an official source before relying on any of it.

4. Free picks, rewards and the welcome wheel

• Free members receive a limited number of picks each day. The number is set by us and may change.
• Invite and Earn. When someone creates a new account with your invite code, you and that person may receive extra picks for a limited time. Rewards have daily limits, and we may withhold or remove rewards gained through fake, duplicate or automated accounts.
• Welcome wheel. New accounts may receive one free spin of a prize wheel. Prizes are extra picks or temporary access for a limited time. The wheel is free, can never be bought, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money.
• Free picks, invite rewards and wheel prizes are promotional, have no monetary value and may be changed or ended at any time.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and Google Play and are governed by our Subscription Terms and by the terms of the store you buy from. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, republish or share our picks or analysis in bulk, or offer them as part of a paid service;
• scrape, crawl or use automated tools to collect content from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to get the source code of the apps, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the Service, try to get around our security or access limits, or access another person's account;
• upload a profile image or choose a username that is unlawful, offensive, infringing or impersonates someone else;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you upload, such as a profile picture. You give us a limited license to store and show it inside the Service for as long as your account exists. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

8. Our content and trademarks

The Service, our picks, analysis, software, design, name and logo belong to GameEdgeSports and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the apps for your own non commercial use under these Terms. Team names, logos and league marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify teams. GameEdgeSports is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the NFL, the NCAA, any conference or any team.

9. Suspension and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, or by following the steps on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses rewards or puts the Service or other users at risk. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your Apple or Google account.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PICK WILL BE CORRECT OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, GAMEEDGESPORTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, WAGERS, PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON IT, INCLUDING ANY BET YOU PLACE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $50 IF GREATER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover GameEdgeSports against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Disputes

Please contact us first at support@gameedgesports.com; most problems can be fixed quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GameEdgeSports is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we agree to bring any claim only in an individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.

14. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and GameEdgeSports, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no responsibility for the app or its content, no obligation to provide support for it, and are not responsible for any claim relating to it. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
