Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
Short version: we collect only what we need to run your account and the app. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use third party ad trackers.
This policy explains what GameEdgeSports ("we", "us") collects when you use our iOS and Android apps and gameedgesports.com (the "Service"), why, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos (other than the one picture you choose to upload), health data or financial account details.
2. How we use information
- Provide the Service: your account, daily picks, Premium, saved teams, invite rewards and notifications.
- Keep the Service safe: stop fake accounts, reward abuse and attacks.
- Improve the Service using aggregated usage statistics.
- Send service messages, such as security notices or changes to our terms.
- Meet legal obligations.
Our picks are made by our own model and an AI system from sports data only. No personal information is sent to any AI provider to create picks.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contract, and only as needed:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store our database and serve the apps.
- Apple and Google, which process purchases and deliver push notifications. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.
- Expo, which relays push notifications to Apple and Google.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or GameEdgeSports.
- A buyer or successor if GameEdgeSports is part of a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your personal information within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as purchase records, and security logs, which are kept for up to 12 months. Aggregated statistics that do not identify you may be kept.
5. Your choices and rights
- Access and edit: change your name, username and picture in Profile.
- Delete: delete your account in the app under Profile, Settings, Delete Account, or see Delete Account.
- Notifications: turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings.
- Copy of your data: email us and we will send it to you.
State privacy rights
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we do neither). You can use these rights by emailing privacy@gameedgesports.com. We will confirm your identity through your account email before acting, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our answer.
6. Children
The Service is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, email us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hash passwords with a strong one way algorithm, store session tokens only in hashed form and limit who can access our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
8. Where data is stored
Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
9. Changes
We will post any change here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
